What exactly is Network Marketing, Multilevel Marketing, or MLM?

MLM Multilevel Marketing simply takes the advertising expenses out of the sales and consumption process.

Typically, after a company manufactures a product, they pay big bucks to market it to the world.

Where does this money come from?

From the price of the product, of course!

Nearly half of the cost of any given product is the advertising budget.

MLM takes the advertising budget and passes it on to its distributors, rewarding them for their word of mouth advertising, and for bringing in new business.

The company is happy; they are making money.

The distributors are happy; they are making money.

The media is NOT happy; they aren't making any money!

Is it any wonder that Network Marketing has gotten such a bad name?

It is also important to note: with the savings a company has by eliminating its advertising budget, typically, those extra funds are pumped back into the products.

Because of this: a product introduced through a MLM company typically is of much better quality than its traditional counterpart.

Multilevel Marketing companies are typically created for consumable items.

This allows for repeat sales, most often on a monthly basis.

Repeat sales means residual income for you. This means that you earn money, month after month, year after year, for sales you make one time.
