For this of the party games for consultants, guests must produce the objects from their purses.

Give each guest a notecard and pen to keep their own score.

The highest score wins one of your prizes.

The final points are awarded for having your business card in their wallet.

This is fun as you ask them if they have it, and they all say no. So you give out your cards, and award points for the guests who place them in their wallets, which they all will do. They now are able to contact you for all their product needs.

  • Do You Have a Party Plan Theme Book?

theme-book; direct sales home party theme book
If you're a direct sales distributor who does in home shows, you need a theme book to add spice to your parties & an incentive for guests to book a show!

By creating your own theme party book, custimized with the parties you choose to offer, you can do both. Leave your theme book on the coffee table before your show, and guests will flip through it, finding a theme that matches their personality.

Then they'll be even more excited about dating a party with you!

    ALPHABET PURSE GAME
Unique party games: This of the party games for consultants is important for those companies that do not have a large selection of party gifts or samples for consultants to purchase. Of course, you can alter any of the unique party games to suit your needs and substitute candy for prizes.

Take a bag of candy with you to the party (Hershey Kisses, M&Ms, Skittles, Jolly Ranchers, etc.). Hand out one piece of candy to each person who wins, awarding both guests in the case of a tie.

Tell your guests not to eat the candy until the game is over, as the guest with the most candy wins. (I always allow guests to give their candy away to another guest at the end to help her win, but you decide for yourself.)

Party plan games. The game works like this: call a letter of the alphabet, and the first guest to SHOW an item from their purse that starts with that letter wins a candy. Some will get creative, like for the letter Z they may produce a hairbrush and say “A Zany hairbrush!”

They must show the item, not just call it out. Go as far as you want to in the alphabet, you can stop after 8-10 letters or continue, depending on how long it is taking and how much fun the guests are having.

You can also do the first 13 letters at the start of the show and then pick up the game in the middle of the show. Alternately, you can give out candy throughout your show when guests ask you a specific question about your business, and turn it into a recruiting exercise as well.

    CARRYING THE LOAD
In home show party games: Bring a postage scale with you to the party. Place it on a table in the middle of the room, and have the guests weigh their purses. The guest with the heaviest purse wins a prize.

Alternately, you could have them guess how heavy their purse is prior to weighing it, and the guest who is closest to their actual weight wins.

Food Related Party Games for Consultants

These unique party games are great fun. All involve food in some way, and guessing the right answer. For each of these in home show party games, give out small candies (M&Ms or Skittles, for example) to the guest who calls out the correct answer. The one with the most candies wins.

(Again, like in the unique party games above, you can also give out additional candies towards the game if guests ask questions about your business throughout your show. )
