One of the best ways to network is by joining and participating in different social and business networking sites.

While not a business specific networking group, it is a mom specific networking group. Here you will find moms from everywhere, some who stay home, some who work at home, some who work outside the home with children in all age ranges, coming together to share the ups and downs of motherhood.
You can post photos, a journal, your daily thoughts, add friends, join groups, and just communicate and network with other moms.

ApSense
ApSense is a social networking site devoted to promoting and networking your business. This is not a friends site, or a moms site, it is strictly for those of us in business for ourselves, or who want to be in business for ourselves.
ApSense is unique in that it offers you the ability to earn money for promoting your business. By doing the normal things that you do when you join a networking group; adding friends, making new business contacts, and just generally networking.
They do have three levels of membership, the first level being the free level. I would suggest you sign up for the free level until/unless you start to build a huge social networking organization and it would be profitable for you to upgrade.
Like other social networking sites, ApSense allows you to add friends, blog, and join or create groups. In addition, they encourage you to share your business opportunities and products, and to really go all out promoting your business. For this reason, it is valuable to join their free membership program. I even have a strong
backlink
to my website from posting it on ApSense.

FaceBook
FaceBook is a networking site that is kinda a “grownup” form of MySpace.
You add your friends, join networks, can upload photos and all kinds of fun applications, and so on. Your information is private, in that only friends and those in your network can view it. FaceBook is an extremely popular website, holding an Alexa rank of under 10, and the only social networking site more popular is MySpace.
I have joined some wonderful social networking groups on FaceBook, and met some great people.
Highly Recommended.

four or five blogs daily to increase Page Rank and traffic to your website. This really works!
