Uhg! All PORK AGAIN! Lol!

Now, the menu plan..........

Chicken breasts are good. We can boil and BBQ them one night, then use the leftovers in a casserole or with noodles. The kids really like Chicken and Dumplings.

Featherbones are great in the crockpot with a bottle of BBQ sauce dumped over the top.

Pork Roast is awesome in the crockpot and we can use that hamburger meat with some Old ElPaso coupons for Taco Tuesday!

See how easy that was? 6 suppers for the week:

Monday: BBQ Chicken Breasts, Pork & Beans, Baked or Fried Potatoes

Tuesday: Tacos!

Wednesday: Pork Roast and potatoes with fresh green beans

Thursday: Chicken & Dumplings, we'll add the broccoli to that!

Friday: BBQ Featherbones, cucumber salad, potato salad?

Saturday we can have Pork & Noodles....

I'll have spent $22.44 at the grocery store and used a couple cans of biscuits, a couple cans of cream of chicken, a couple bottles of BBQ and other basics form the pantry.

OK, you get the jist. Plan easy meals for nights where there is a football game, and nice suppers for evenings at home. Include a leftover or "menu" night every week (maybe the night before the trash man comes so you can get that fridge cleaned out).
