Save With CouponsGet Groceries, Health and Beauty, and More, Free!Did you know that you can save with coupons? I'm not talking a dollar here or there, but lots of money. And even get lifetime supplies of consumable items for free, just by using coupons and refunding? Cutting your
monthly grocery bill is actually a lot easier than you
might imagine, depending on what you are accustomed to eating.Forget generic foods. Most name brand foods, snacks, and health and beauty aids can be bought for pennies on the dollar by combining coupons, sales, and bulk purchases. I know what you're thinking. You're thinking its just not worth it to buy a Sunday paper to clip a 25 cent coupon for a tube of toothpaste in a flavor you don't even like. I agree. That is not how you save with coupons. But what if I told you that you could
use your coupons and get a year's supply of your favorite toothpaste,
and pay nothing for it? Here is an example of some of the items I have gotten for free in the past few years:
I have gotten so much of this stuff for free, that I have had plenty left over to give to family and friends, women's shelters and other organizations that help the poor, and I have even sold a lot of it on eBay, generating extra income. That's why I like to save with coupons. Here's a picture I took of my daughter in October 2006. She is sitting amongst over $2000 worth of free products I picked up at one store in one month's time. Yes, I said I got all this stuff for FREE. ![]() So how do I save with coupons? I do it by combining sales with coupons and refunds. I get advance notice of all the flyers for the upcoming week. I match the items that have good sales prices with current coupons, found in Sunday newspapers. Now here's where it gets good: If an item is a very good price, or even free when I combine the sale with the coupon, then I will order extra coupons from a coupon service or from eBay. That way, I can get enough items to stockpile and use at a future time! What a great way to save money. Saving money with coupons is actually easier than you would think, but it is time consuming. When you first start to use coupons to get free items, you will think that the first big sale is your "unicorn" or is a "needle in a haystack". The truth is, when one good deal ends, another two will begin. I have been couponing and refunding for more than 5 years now, and a month does not go by where there are not incredible deals and steals to take advantage of. Again, the process is time consuming, but the rewards are great. I personally use a very inexpensive tool to help find my deals. You've
probably noticed that I have mentioned Refunding Makes
Cents, or
Refund
Cents
several times throughout the couponing section. Why? Simply because Refund Cents is the best coupon, refund, deals, and freebies site on the internet. It is run by Michele Easter,
and has been in existence for literally decades. Refunding Makes Cents is the most distributed coupon and refund newsletter in the world. There are two portions to Refund Cents, the print magazine, which has 11 issues a year, and the online access. The online access is a membership based site, but the dues are extremely low, costing less for an entire year than most sites charge a month. (About $1 per month) If you are new to couponing, or if you are serious about this hobby/income sources, I highly, highly suggest you invest a few dollars into Refund Cents. If you can afford it (around $25) get the print issues and the online access. Make sure you pick up a copy of the Beginner’s Bonanza. If that is too steep for you, then just get the online access. Deals are posted by other members, in real time. Check "Michele's Updates" and "Chit-Chat" daily. Trust me, you'll make up the purchase price in a few days. You'll be emailing me thanking me for introducing you to this wonderful information source.
