When my husband and I decided we wanted to be healthier and lose weight, I started cooking at home so I could control what we eat.

It's AMAZING how much money we save!

Counting breakfasts, lunches, and dinners, we were eating out *at least* 5-6 times a week - often more!

Now, we may eat out 1-2 a month and our food bill has been cut by two-thirds... not to mention that we've both lost 20 pounds!!
