Offline SurveysGet Paid to do Taste Tests and Market ResearchOffline Surveys. I’m sure you have heard of Online Surveys, but did you know that you can do Offline Surveys in person, too? Yes, you can get paid for your opinion! These are similar to Focus Groups but they generally are less specific, quicker, and pay a lot less.
Many larger cities across the US have Market Research Firms that conduct surveys. You can find these Market Research Firms in strip malls and in various malls across the country. I’m sure you’ve walked through the mall and seen those people with the clipboards approaching shoppers asking for their help with a survey. You may have been approached yourself. If you are like most people, you probably have not stuck around long enough to hear the punch line. Many, though not all, of these surveyors offer cash incentives for your time. The incentive is usually low, under $10, but it might pay for lunch at the mall! Also, often you get to try new products before they are putting on the market.
