Baby WipesMake Your Own and Save!Baby wipes. How do you save money on wipes? These baby items cost a small fortune! And if you're home is anything like mine, we go through them by the bucket load (and my kids have been out of diapers for years!) But,
never fear! There is an inexpensive solution. Make your own. Here's what you'll need:
Directions:Push the cardboard paper towel roll out of the paper towel center. Discard. ![]() Place the paper towels in the Tupperware® container. Mix the baby wash and baby oil in a small bowl with the water. Pour the water over the paper towels, put the lid onto the container, and shake. Leave sit for at least an hour to fully absorb. You may want to also shake the box right before you use it. Sometimes I omit the baby oil. This is an excellent way to make your own baby items! Want something less disposable? Using the same recipe, replace the paper towels with cloth baby washcloths. Or simply make your own cloth wipes by hemming small squares of flannel. This is particularly helpful if you currently cloth diaper your baby. Just toss the wipes in with the diapers and wash! View these other great baby pages!
